Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Multipurpose Vests
  • Pants
  • Shirts
  • Shorts
  • Sweatshirts
  • T-shirts
  • Vests

Returns & Exchanges Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s), including the return address and any necessary forms.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the completed return form provided by us.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you opted for free shipping, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process as outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will ship out the replacement item as soon as possible. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item unless the item is defective or incorrect.
